Magnesium Sulfate Monohydrate is a moderately water and acid soluble Magnesium source for uses compatible with sulfates. Sulfate compounds are salts or esters of sulfuric acid formed by replacing one or both of the hydrogens with a metal.
Magnesium sulfate monohydrate is a combined state of magnesium sulfate.
Properties: white fluid powder. Dissolve in water. Slightly soluble in alcohol. Insoluble in acetone. Because magnesium is one of the main components of chlorophyll, magnesium sulfate monohydrate is commonly used as a fertilizer and mineral water additive.
